Managing the registration and the reception of the participants and following up the attendance.
The licence fee of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences is separate from the service fee, and so are the costs of the venue, hospitality, transport and hotels: the client pays them directly, or the company pays them on the client's written authorisation and re-invoices them at cost, without any margin.
Price and time
Indicative price: SAR 2,500 – 15,000 per event (without reception staff, printed material and the platform subscription)
Estimated time: 1–10 working days
Prices and times are indicative; prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude the 15% VAT. The final price is set once we have studied the scope of your request, and the time starts once the documents are complete or the scope of work is approved. Working days are Sunday to Thursday; the price of a monthly service is per month. Prices do not include external costs (such as hosting, store fees, the advertising budget and printing), which are re-invoiced at cost.
