Following up an amendment of the name or the address of the owner of the mark, or of its registration details.
Official government fees are separate from the service fee and are not part of our prices: the client pays them to the authority directly, or the company pays them on the client's written authorisation and re-invoices them at cost, without any margin; the amount shown on the platform of the authority at payment applies. We never ask for an Absher or Najiz password or a verification code.
Trademark applications are filed from the client's own account on the platform of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), under the client's authorisation, until the company holds a SAIP agent licence: we prepare the complete application and follow it up, and the client submits it himself from his account, or with us in a live session in which he signs in himself. We never ask for the login details of his SAIP or Nafath account or for a verification code; the account and the mark stay in the client's name.
Price and time
Indicative price: SAR 500 – 2,000 per mark in one class
Estimated time: 1–5 working days
Prices and times are indicative; prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude the 15% VAT. The final price is set once we have studied the scope of your request, and the time starts once the documents are complete or the scope of work is approved. Working days are Sunday to Thursday; the price of a monthly service is per month. Prices do not include external costs (such as hosting, store fees, the advertising budget and printing), which are re-invoiced at cost.

How the service is carried out
- Receiving the request and studying the mark and the classes needed

- You submit the application yourself from your own account on the SAIP platform, or with us in a live session; then we follow it up
- Informing you of the result and handing over the outcome
Documents needed
- A clear image of the mark (the name or the logo)
- The commercial register or the ID of the applicant
- The list of goods or services the mark covers
- Your written authorisation for us to prepare and follow up the application, without any login details of your account
